This freestanding louvre system is a twin bay set-up supported by six posts measuring 6m wide and 3.5m long. In a high wind zone area of Whatawhata, Waikato, we split the single bay set up into twin bays. Our Installation team is led by qualified builder and Licenced Building Practitioner (LBP) Dylan, who makes it his priority to ensure a seamless look with structurally sound engineering while adhering to the NZ building code. Being a large shelter, we added in timber joists and hooked the drainage from the louvre roof to the gutter -saving the client the extra cost of a plumber or drain layer.
